Hi, is Fluenz User Support still monitoring the Fluenz Commons? I've asked a couple of questions. One was answered after a month and the other still hasn't been answered. I've noticed that there have been a lot of lags like that. Also, are they being answered by a person? I few answers that I looked at looked like they were AI generated. Thanks (no judgement, just curious)

    Hi @Keats
The Fluenz Commons is designed primarily as a community platform where users can discuss grammar topics and interact with each other. While the Fluenz team does often participate and respond to messages, the main purpose of the Commons is for user-to-user interaction.

If you have specific questions for the Fluenz team regarding the software or require direct assistance, it’s best to contact us directly at usersupport@fluenz.com. We'll be happy to help you promptly.

    Best regards,

I notice that Fluenz is not listed in any (that I could find after many attempts) searches for language learning apps.
I also note that all new development has ceased who knows how long ago. The only things that seem to be happening with Fluenz is the web site and it's evident that updates and corrections don't seem to be happening from what I can see.
The only thing to conclude is that Fluenz is now otherwise dormant, servicing only the website and its continued functionality of past products of which I own a few.

I would love to be wrong about my Fluenz dormancy opinion. Any other observers with updates out there???

Fluenz, I get that you think the Commons is intended to be used as a user-to-user platform. But these months-long lags in providing answers to questions does nothing but conditions your audience to abandon the Commons. That can't be what you want! I mean, if a question goes unanswered by users for a couple weeks, it's reasonable to assume it's not ever going to be answered and that Fluenz personnel should jump in. As a longtime user, I don't care who answers a question, I just want it answered. But since this forum is typically dormant for a months at a time, there's no reason to check back in. You used to be far more involved in this forum, then, for some reason, you decided to let it atrophy.
