I’m trying to navigate to French uprgraded 3, lesson 2 of level 1.
I completed French upgrade 3 lesson one of level 1. That should be my last activity.
My last activity takes me to lesson 23 of an unknown level. The level is not displayed on the lesson screens. It should be (L1 lesson x). Just a side note.
When I go to the language menu I have French and French upgraded. I don’t see French upgraded 3 although the last activity is from French upgraded 3. So I can’t bring up the lesson menu for French upgraded 3 to select level 1 lesson 2.

I’ve checked our system, and this is your latest progress. You can view it on Fluenz Online by going to My Profile -> My Progress -> Progress Details By Lesson.
I’d like to clarify something:
French Upgraded 3 is French Level 3.
French Upgraded 1 is French Level 1.
So, you should first click on French Upgraded Level 1 and complete all 30 sessions before moving on to French Upgraded 3 (Level 3). This might be the source of the misunderstanding.In addition, I have sent you detailed information by email about the bookmark feature, last activity, and how to check your incomplete workouts. After reviewing this information, please let me know if you have any other questions.
