I downloaded the new version of fluenz Spanish Spain to upgrade my older version in December last month. I just cannot get the advanced Spanish sessions to work correctly, I thought at first it was because it is a new format I needed to get comfortable with it. However no matter what I do I cannot get it to record correctly or playback the original conversation .1, In Help, it states that if I TAP Play I can hear the conversation, well there is no sound and nothing that denotes Play. My curser shows a hand pointing when I hover it over a line but nothing happens when I click on it. 2,The Buttons menu does not exist yet I am instructed to tap the red button but there is nothing red or a button 3, Record and compare works only for the first potion of any conversation and then all I can hear is a strangled squeek!. Is there something wrong with my download? Everything else seems to be ok. Veterano

I have just got to C.D 4 Spanish and although it works well, I noted that your site states that there are updates available for versions 2.9 Spanish Spain. When I ask the site to update my C.D.4 it goes to a blank update page and never does anything else. I have windows 10 on my laptop and I run windows chrome. Can I assume that there is no update or that it has been updated in the background? Veterano

Hi Veterano, The f2 version is no longer supported and has been replaced by version f3. You can continue using the version that you have, or send us an email if you'd like the latest version to download for free. usersupport@fluenz.com

I had windows 7 and downloaded the free windows 10 as recommended by windows! now all my Fluenz c.d.s that are on my lap top have blurred sound issues. I can understand them just but it is very annoying. Can I delete my Fluenz c.d.s and reinstall them or is it an issue that a repair shop should deal with. I cannot seem to make any sense of the windows online help.
