Does the female Austrian plural have a double or single r after Öste... In "write words you read" and "write words you hear", it shows a single r but all other terms using Österreich have the double "r". Is this an error or something they forgot to mention in the explanations?

Not sure this is a tech question but couldn't find a better category. When I do the "Repeat the phrase" (the last section) the grading system always shows me as having missed some. How can I miss anything when all one does in that exercise is to repeat a phrase? There is no data entry to mark correct or incorrect. For example, today when I did Level 5, session 1, the grader showed the last 5 minutes that I worked separately with 29% wrong. I know I did all the "Match the phrases" (the next to last exercise set) correctly so even if that exercise set was included in the data, it doesn't make sense. What is it marking wrong in the Repeat the phrase (the last exercise that I did)? Or am I completely misunderstanding the grading page data?

I have had issues with it as well but I just chose to ignore them. Since it is not a formal setting and I know what I got wrong it is easy for me to study the problem areas. I would sometimes see data that claimed on some exercises I would answer many dozens of questions in such a short time that I, according to the data logger, was answering question on average of less than one second. Don't let their data tracking get you to waste time thinking about it. The program's training method and presentation is so rock solid I, personally, don't even hold the scoring system against them. I just pretend it isn't there.

Sandi, that's definitely a bug. I'm going to test this out and report to our engineers to get it fixed. Thanks so much for taking the time to report.

The Advanced Conversation in Level 4, Lesson 9 (and maybe 8) is stalling after the "other person" speaks (maybe the 2nd time?). It says playing... but never goes anywhere. It will not progress through the rest of the conversation. I have been through levels 1 - 3 on this same computer and never had this happen. Is the software somehow different on this Level?

Is there a Flashcard app for the iPad and/or iPhone? If so, I cannot find it. I have Fluenz mobile but it appears to be lessons only. I did not find a link to flashcards.

In the initial dialog it says: Und sie haben dort alles: Schweinefleisch, Hühnerfleisch, Fisch, Suppe… This has been translated in the dialog to say: And they have everything there: beef, chicken, fish, soup… Schweinefleisch is not beef so one of these sentences needs to changed.

I spotted the error in the flashcards for Level 3, lesson 5. The phrase is in the lesson too, but I didn't notice if it was wrong there. Thanks for the speedy fix!

In "Write the phrase you Read", we are asked to translate "Here is the right key for our new room on this floor." I do not understand why the form of richtig is richtige here instead of richtigen. It is my understanding that for all masculine nouns (key here) in the accusative case, adjectives end in -EN. Where am I going wrong?

Thank you for clarifying - yes, I inappropriately tagged it as accusative case.

Simply said, The accusative case does not come after "Sein", so because it is "hier IST", it is not followed by accusative case. Therefore, the adjective should end -e because it is "Hier ist der richtige schlussel...", not "Hier ist den richtigen schlussel,"
