I noticed that when I updated the Fluenz for Mac app a few days ago, it deleted all of the downloaded lessons so I'd have to redownload them again. I wanted to know if this is a known issue?

If you use our Fluenz Online version at online.fluenz.com, there is a "slow speech" toggle switch in the writing exercises. This will be just what you're looking for

I think that it should automatically add for you once you register the product, but I don't for absolute certain. If it doesn't I'd email support and they'll likely get you taken care of.
