New iPhone

Hello, I have just bought a new iPhone (XS Max), and while I can open the app, and have downloaded sessions, I can't get them to run. I can access the start of each sub-session, but it won't play.
I have the app on my iPad and my macbook, which I use all the time, but would like to use the iPhone from time-to-time. The app is on my old iPhone, but I have never used it. It was installed automatically after I downloaded it on my iPad.
Otherwise, I love the programme.

Did the App automatically transfer over when you setup the phone? That could be the issue. I suggest deleting the App then reinstalling and downloading a single lesson to test it out. Give that a try and write me at if you need help further.
