Hello I currently have the Fluenz 2.10 Mandarin Redbox, and the download for French. I would like to work with both offline. However, neither seem to work with Windows 10, you all still have not made a Microsoft Continuum App (which works on all Windows 10 devices), nor a Progressive Web App (which is platform natural). The only option I seem to have is to run it in the browser, which requires constant internet access, which effectively defeats the goal I am trying to accomplish. Is there a way to either: run the lessons offline using a Windows 10 device with the Edge Browser; or have up to date red boxes shipped to me so that I can install and run the lessons offline? If there happens to be another solution I am unaware of please help me to figure this out. I have not been able to properly use your software in a way that fits me since you all transitioned to 3.0. I have been patiently waiting for you all to make a Microsoft Continuum app, but that sadly has been a frustratingly long time.

When I download the audio component it download a .zip file but there are no instructions as to what do with the file. I see a folder with the name _MACOSX. Does this only work on Apple platforms? I see .mp3 files inside but my Windows players tell me the file is invalid. What is supposed to be done with the audio components? Thanks!

Hi Fluenz Team - I was hoping to receive a Cyber Monday e-mail from the fluenz team today but have not received anything. I do not want to buy a fluenz program without being able to login to the shop with my account. I want to make sure that my new purchase will be on my same account. I have allegedly installed the new Mandarin 2017...however, it is exactly what I had before. I followed all the steps given. And when I went back to try to install again, I received a message saying it was already activated. Why isn't it working? In other words, why does it still look and feel exactly like the older version?

It appears the keyboard has changed in Upgraded Mandarin. The tone markings for Pinyin are no longer shown. They appear to be for Spanish. Are you planning a fix?

I've reinstalled my Mandarin 1+2+3 since upgrading to Windows 10, but I can't get past the ID login. I still have the activation code and order number. Thank you

I was wondering when can we expect the new upgraded Mandarin lessons? I have been holding off on going through the older/current one so i will not get thrown off like with the spanish upgraded videos. Should we expect it before the end of the year or next year? Can you give me a timeline with the Mandarin one, I heard that the lessons are finished but what is left to do as well before we see finished product? Thanks in advance!

I requested a password reset and was sent an email with a link. The link opened a new window where I could reset my password. However, the page I ended up with required me to enter my old password before I could type in the new one....but I don't know my old password. I am in China now. My internet connection is very slow here and I may have messed up the reset request. In any case I want to be able to log in. Thanks. PS - Fluenz is great!

I am currently in China and wanting to download some fluenz sessions of Mandarin 3 to my Mac, but the speed is so slow I cannot download the files. Is there any way I can get the lessons downloaded fast?
