Near the end of the exercise, the answers get out of sync with with the spoken phrases. Also, presumably the software supports Windows 10. If so you should update your menu selections.

I would like to continue having the ability to work Offline. Purchased the Red Box many years ago v2.8 and find I can't access the "updates" that are listed as downloadable. I am using the online version without issues, but would enjoy the ability to install offline (windows 10)

In the desktop app nothing downloads. Web version works fine. If I try to download audio components I get the following error. I suspect this is the reason that inapp download is wedged as well. This is on Windows 10 Edge or Chrome. Hi, team! I recently purchased French 2, and I'm excited to begin improving my French skills. I have mainly been using the iPad app so far, and I have a couple of questions. Firstly, is the app supposed to save my spot when I've exited out in the middle of a session? For instance, I did about a third of the session's exercises, but the next time I opened the app, it said I was 0% through. I just skipped ahead to where I left off, but it seems odd. I also don't see where I can find the flashcards in the app. All I see is the menu where you choose your language, and then it goes right to the lessons. I appreciate any help in advance! I very recently received and downloaded the upgraded French program. Thank you very much for that. I just did the Flashcards in "upgraded French" for the first time and found that they had no sound. The sound is working perfectly well in the program and in the Italian flashcards and the old French flashcards. Only the upgraded French flashcards are silent. Was this a deliberate choice or is something wrong?

Hi everybody, I'm using fluenz french and I'm already on level 4 and I'm doing very well. OK the other day when I logged on online fluenz I noticed that there is a section that says French Upgraded. I clicked on it but I couldn't access. Does somebody know what that really is? Is it a new level of french? or is it the same program but with improvements? Thank you.

Hello I currently have the Fluenz 2.10 Mandarin Redbox, and the download for French. I would like to work with both offline. However, neither seem to work with Windows 10, you all still have not made a Microsoft Continuum App (which works on all Windows 10 devices), nor a Progressive Web App (which is platform natural). The only option I seem to have is to run it in the browser, which requires constant internet access, which effectively defeats the goal I am trying to accomplish. Is there a way to either: run the lessons offline using a Windows 10 device with the Edge Browser; or have up to date red boxes shipped to me so that I can install and run the lessons offline? If there happens to be another solution I am unaware of please help me to figure this out. I have not been able to properly use your software in a way that fits me since you all transitioned to 3.0. I have been patiently waiting for you all to make a Microsoft Continuum app, but that sadly has been a frustratingly long time.

I am enjoying the 3 day trial, running on my Surface Pro4 (windows 10). All seemed fine until the session centered around a café; it didn't work. Also, the microphone is not recognised. I ensured Adobe Flash is all in order and enabled for Fluenz. It works fine with, say, Skype. Today is day 3 and I am very keen to purchase but need to feel confident it will work perfectly with this device. Any help much appreciated.

salut! i'm enjoying fluenz french so far! I was wondering if there will be an I phone update in the near future, as it would be great to see flashcards and audio pronunciation available to download straight from the app, I think there is a considerable difference in the quality of the PC platform compared to the app. merci.
